Villa Maresme has 4 large Rooms, each one with its bathroom (18 guests).
It is possible to add the additional suite x4 and have 22 guests overnight.

Blankets and bed linens are provided for all guests.
The guests have a refrigerator for their private use in the dining room.
The Space
Villa Maresme embraces a rustic and simple charm, offers accommodation for up to 22 overnight guests. Additional guests can be invited for special celebrations and small events, a supplement will be required.
The professional kitchen are shared with the property manager who lives on the second floor, always available in case you need any request.
A professional chef can be commissioned, for an extra, to prepare meals.
The villa features a spacious dining room, perfect for hosting meals, and there is plenty of room in the garden for barbecue. Enjoy the breathtaking view and relax by the swimming pool, which includes a sauna.
For those looking to have music and parties, the lounge room on the ground floor is designated area.
However, it is mandatory to maintain quiet and respectful noise levels in the exterior areas throughout the entire day to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood.
There are 2 cats living in the property, and 2 dogs that are not allowed to be in the guests areas. If you have any pet, let us know, we will tell you if we can accept them!
