A. C. Payment methods: On the website www.thecastlebarcelona.com, the user makes the full payment of the entire stay at the time of making the reservation.

D. Termination of the Agreement or Cancellation of a Reservation.
The reservation can be canceled up to 7 days before the day of entry.
To cancel the reservation, follow the instructions given in the reservation confirmation email or send an email to info@thecastlebarcelona.com with the subject “CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION”, informing the reservation number.
The aforementioned email must be sent from the email address that was used to make the reservation.
Alternatively, you can call the number on the website to request a cancellation of a reservation, it will be necessary to answer verification questions regarding the data used for the reservation and the method of payment.

Account holders are advised that TheCastle will process the data provided for the following purposes:

7.1 TheCastle DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY OR CONTINUITY OF THE SERVICES OFFERED TO THE USER AND, CONSEQUENTLY, DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE LACK OF AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY OR CONTINUITY OF THE WEB SERVICES IN THE RELIABILITY. TECHNICAL SUPPORT OF THE PERSON IN QUESTION AND WILL ATTEMPT TO IMMEDIATELY ELIMINATE ANY INTERRUPTION OF SERVICES, IMPLEMENTING ALTERNATIVE MEASURES WITHIN ITS CAPACITY.
7.2 TheCastle DOES NOT AGREE TO CHECK AND DOES NOT HAVE A PRIOR CHECK FOR VIRUSES OR ELEMENTS, WITHIN ITS CONTENT, WHICH COULD ALTER THE SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE OF THE USER OR OF PERSONS VISITING THE WEB PAGES AND THEREFORE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SOME DAMAGES. THAT MAY ARISE.
7.3 IN THE EVENT THAT THE CASTLE IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE RESERVED ROOMS FOR REASONS NOT ATTRIBUTABLE TO TheCastle, OR IF IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE AGREED TERMS AND CONDITIONS, TheCastle WILL OFFER YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO CHOOSE BETWEEN A REFUND OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID AND SUBSTITUTION FOR OTHER ROOMS OF COMPARABLE CATEGORY AND QUALITY. IF THE SERVICE RESULTING FROM THE REPLACEMENT SHOULD BE OF A LOWER CATEGORY OR QUALITY, THECASLE HAS THE OBLIGATION TO MATCH THE DIFFERENCE.
8. RIGHT TO PROTECT THE GENERAL TERMS AND/OR CONDITIONS
In the event that part of the provisions of these General Terms and / or Conditions are declared null, inapplicable or inapplicable, the rest of the Conditions will not be affected in accordance with the agreed terms. TheCastle undertakes to replace the provision in question respecting as far as possible the intention initially pursued by the parties.
